It's officially over. I ran on the treadmill today, 2 miles. This is both bad and good.
Bad because it has been forever and because 2 miles wasn't easy. But, good because I ran the entire 2 miles and that I actually did it. Add some weights at the end, and you've got yourself a workout!
I feel good, and now all I need to do it keep it up. This shouldn't be hard, I have all kinds of time these days!
So, count me back in the game. Running season, here I come!
